Raw Asian Slaw

Raw Asian Slaw recipe from Down to Earth Organic and Natural.

Ingredients
  • 2 cups red cabbage shredded
  • 2 cups green cabbage shredded
  • ¼ cup red or green onion finely sliced
  • 2 cups sprouted mung beans.
  • ¼ cup raw sunflower seeds

Dressing

  • 2 Tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 ½ Tablespoon raw agave
  • 2 limes, juiced
  • 3 Tablespoon tamari
  • 1 Tablespoon grated ginger
Instructions
  1. Prep all the veggies and combine all salad ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Combine ingredients of dressings in a large bowl and mix well.
  3. Pour dressing over and toss.
  4. Serve and enjoy
