Raw Asian Slaw

Raw Asian Slaw recipe from Down to Earth Organic and Natural.

4-6 Servings
Ingredients
- 2 cups red cabbage shredded
- 2 cups green cabbage shredded
- ¼ cup red or green onion finely sliced
- 2 cups sprouted mung beans.
- ¼ cup raw sunflower seeds
Dressing
- 2 Tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 ½ Tablespoon raw agave
- 2 limes, juiced
- 3 Tablespoon tamari
- 1 Tablespoon grated ginger
Instructions
- Prep all the veggies and combine all salad ingredients in a large bowl.
- Combine ingredients of dressings in a large bowl and mix well.
- Pour dressing over and toss.
- Serve and enjoy
