Ingredients: 
  • 4 cups broccoli, finely chopped
  • 1 cup shredded red cabbage
  • 2 cucumbers finely diced
  • 1 cup chopped shitake mushrooms
  • 1 cup peanuts
  • ¼ cup sliced red onion
  • Dressing:
    • ¼ cup shoyu
    • 3 Tablespoons brown rice vinegar
    • 2 Tablespoons Mirin
    • 3 Tablespoons agave
    • ¼ cup sesame oil
    • 1 Tablespoon diced shallot
    • 1 garlic clove
    • 3 Tablespoons grated ginger
    • Juice of 1 lime
  • 3 Tablespoons gomasio
Instructions: 
  1. Place all salad ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Combine all Dressing ingredients in a blender and blend until well combined.
  3. Pour Dressing over salad and top with gomasio. Serve and enjoy!
