- 3 pounds mixed apples, cored and chopped (about 6-8 apples)
- Water, as needed
- 3 cups kale
- Add apples to a stockpot. Add a few inches of water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover, and let simmer for 15 minutes, until apples are very soft and falling apart.
- Add kale and let cook five minutes more, until kale is wilted.
- Place apples and kale into food processor and blend until totally smooth. Serve immediately, or store leftovers in an airtight container for up to a week. Enjoy!
