- ¼ cup sorghum grain
- Toppings as desired
1. Heat a stainless steel pot with a tight fitting lid over medium-high heat
2. When hot, add sorghum grains and cover with lid.
3. Cook, shaking pot often, until sorghum grains begin to pop.
4. Remove from heat when there are more than 10 seconds between pops.
5. Season with your favorite toppings and enjoy
