Enjoy this simple raw vegan soup made directly in your blender.

Ingredients
  • 2 cups cashews, soaked 2- 4 hours
  • ¼ cup shallot, chopped
  • 1-2 cloves of garlic 
  • 1 ½ cups mushrooms
  • 2-3 Tablespoons nama shoyu
  • ½ lemon, juiced
  • 4 cups water
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

 

  1. Place all ingredients in a high powered blender, like a Vitamix.
  2. Blend on high for 5 minutes until soup begins to steam. Serve immediately and enjoy!
