Vegan Tartar Sauce
- 1 cup vegan mayonnaise
- 1 - 2 Tablespoons sweet pickle relish
- 1/2 Tablespoon minced onion
- 2 Tablespoons lemon juice + more if needed
- 1 Tablespoon chopped fresh dill or 1/2 teaspoon dried dill
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
- Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow ingredients to mix.
- Keeps in the refrigeratot for up to a week. Serve and enjoy!
