Wasabi Aioli

Pour this addicting sauce into a squeeze bottle to make it easy to serve.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup vegan mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon wasabi paste or powder
  • 1 teaspoon brown rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon mirin
  • 1 teaspoon tamari or soy sauce
  • ¼ teaspoon ginger powder

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor or bowl and process or stir until well mixed. Serve this sauce in sushi rolls, grilled vegetables, sandwiches, or on top of Tofu Poke. Enjoy!
