Grain Bowl: Spelt, Cabbage, Mushrooms, and Nori
Building a wholesome meal is super simple. A few quick toppings and cooked whole grains combine together to make a truly delicious meal for anytime.
- Place spelt grains in the bottom of a bowl. Keeping the components seperate, add the braised cabbage, nori compote, and roasted shiitake mushrooms.
- Garnish with crumbled feta, pickled watermelon radish, and pumpkin seeds. Finish with a drizzle of olive oil and black pepper.
