Whether you’re a coffee lover or kombucha enthusiast, we’re excited to tell about our Kahului store’s “Espresso & Kombucha Celebration” Tuesday, March 17th through Friday, March 20th. The event promotes our Kahului store’s newly installed Organic Espresso Bar and self-serve Kombucha on Tap. We’ll be passing out free samples of organic espresso drinks and kombucha, as well as giving away lots of prizes throughout the four-day event.

“Roundup & GMOs and The Rise of Modern Disease,” will be the topic of an insightful FREE lecture by Dr. Stephanie Seneff and Dr. Melissa Yee this month on Oahu and Maui. It will be co-sponsored by Down to Earth and Seeds of Truth. This lecture will be held on Oahu in the Moiliili Community Center Thursday January 22nd from 7-9 pm, and in Kahului at the Maui Waena Intermediate Cafeteria on Friday January 23rd from 7-9 pm.
Dr. Terry Shintani will be holding a series of FREE lectures on how to “Get Your Health Back in 10 Days” Jan. 9-11 at the MOA Wellness Center in downtown Honolulu. He will present new information that shows how people can and have reversed diabetes, high blood pressure, cholesterol and many other health problems in just 10 days. His insights will show how to make your New Year's resolution a reality.

Down to Earth Organic & Natural will celebrate Earth Day with a day-long event to benefit a new sustainability charter school in Kaimuki, the School for Examining the Essential Questions of Sustainability (SEEQS), on April 27th, 2014 at Hawaiian Brian’s, 1680 Kapiolani Bldv. The day-long event includes Yoga (9am $10), Zumba (10am $10), Keiki Fun—face painting, cooking class and clown show (3pm), SEEQS Student Presentation (5pm Free), and will feature live musical performances by local favorites Mike Love (7:30pm) and Ooklah The Moc! (9:30pm). A $15 fee covers admission to both performances.
