Qualifications, Experience, and Skills
- Commitment to and passion for natural foods, organic agriculture, sustainability, and following a vegetarian diet.
- Bachelor’s degree in journalism, marketing, public relations, or related field preferred. A graduate degree in a related field is desirable.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in marketing, communications, or public relations with demonstrated success, preferably in the retail sector.
- Strong oral and written communications skills.
- Good computer skills in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, OneNote, PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at a time.
Compensation
- Starting Pay - $1,150 per week.
- Top of the scale pay - $1,400 per week.
- + COLA raises near the top or at the top of scale.
